夏洛特·露西·甘斯布（Charlotte Lucy Gainsbourg，1971年7月21日-）是一位英法裔女演员和创作歌手。夏洛特·甘斯布出生于伦敦的音乐家庭，母亲是英国女演员简·伯金，父亲是法国著名歌手和演员赛吉·甘斯布。被誉为“法国最有气质的女人”，夏洛特-甘斯布身上有一种跨界的艺术神秘感。英法的对立面都在她优雅的身体中和平共舞，成为一种更具异国情调、流浪漂泊的迷人特质。不只能演戏，还能唱歌。谁还相信上帝是公平的？最近她登上法国版《VOGUE》封面，成为时尚话题人物。
甘布斯曾向往绘画职业，直到12岁登台表演才改变初衷。甘布斯14岁时因在《不安分的姑娘》中感人至深的表演而成为恺撒奖的最具前途女演员，随后又于1989和1997年两获恺撒最佳女演员提名，2000年终于夺得恺撒最佳女配角奖。2003年，她还出现在《21克》中，扮演西恩·潘的妻子。2009年，她凭借着自己在电影《反基督者》里的出色发挥获得了2009年戛纳电影节的最佳女演员奖。
