剧情：
本片根据美国家喻户晓的同名经典电视卡通改编，故事的主角是一只小狗，由于西蒙教授的一次实验发生了意外，使它获得了超能力并且开始说人话。 于是它决定利用自己的超能力来帮助那些有困难的市民，尤其是一只漂亮的小猎犬“波莉”。然而，西蒙教授和他的走狗Cad正在酝酿一个阴险的计划，唯有超人狗挺身而出才能解救全城百姓。 影片采用真人和电脑动画结合的方式，是一部狗狗版的“超人”。
